Our DIVISION consists of full contact (tackling) @ 6u, 8u, 10u & 12u
Registration for 757 Rams Youth Football & Cheerleading League will be taken on a first come first served basis until teams are full. Registration information and a minimum $75 deposit per registrant
is required to reserve your spot as a participant with the league in the coming 2019 season. Once teams are full, additional registrants will be placed on a
waiting list. If you choose to make only a $75 deposit, the balance of your registration will be due prior to picking up your equipment no later than July
15th, 2019 or you will forfeit your spot.
Registration fees for both Football and Cheer are as follows:

st Child: $160.00 (Football) Child: $115 (Cheerleading)

nd Child: $140.00 (Football) Child: $120 (Free/Reduced/Snap Benefits)
3
rd + Child: $130.00 (Football)
Please make checks payable to: 757 Rams ($25.00 returned check fee) or pay via PayPal (all fees will be assumed by the customer).
**Full refunds for cancellation will only be through May 1-May 2nd & July 31st 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds
after July 31st

VAUYFC requires each participant to provide a valid, state issued identification card. Players are not eligible to play in any games until the
registrant’s ID is provided to the league. This card will be required for both initial eligibility and again prior to each game to ensure your child’s
participation. If no identification can be verified at the start of EVERY GAME, your child will be ineligible to play. This process requires your
child to accompany you to the DMV and for you to provide their original birth certificate. Please allow ample time for processing, as IDs are US
mailed to you after you visit the DMV, usually within 5-7 business days. More detailed information for obtaining this identification card can be found
at the department of motor vehicles website (https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/drivers/#id/child_id.asp). If your child already has one – please check your
expiration dates.
FOOTBALL: With each registration, 757 Rams will provide:
• For Tackle player - shoulder pads*, helmet*, game pants*, a game jersey, and socks (2 pair)
(All items marked with * will be returned in good condition and in a timely manner at the end of the season or fees will be assessed accordingly
as stated on the 2019 Parent Consent/LiabilityForm)
Each player will need to provide the following equipment: mouth guard, football cleats, practice pants (integrated or with a 7-piece pads set) and practice
jersey for over their pads. All private purchases should be appropriate for both age and size and meet the National Federation of High School Standards.
CHEER: With each registration, 757 Rams will provide each cheerleader with a game uniform* and socks (1 pair). A $40 refundable security deposit will
be required once your cheerleader is issued a uniform. It will be held by the league until the uniform is returned clean and undamaged. Returning dirty or
damaged uniforms will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
PARENT VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES: We are ONE 757 Rams Family. Your help is necessary to make operations run smoothly. Each parent will
be required to volunteer one hour of their time during the season with concessions – one-hour shift will be available for set-up, manning, and break
down. Sign-ups will be done through your Team Parent once the game schedule is released. You can select the date in which you wish to volunteer during
any of our Home games. Your dedication to the 757 Rams family is appreciated, as we know your time is valuable.
757 Rams has partnered with Dick’s Sporting goods for a League discount day. 757 Rams will provide a 20% off coupon for purchases made throughout
the store (and orders made in the store) that day. Based on the number of coupons used/revenue generated by our league, Dick’s will provide products to
our program. This is a great time to purchase the above-mentioned supplies for your player or cheerleader. A date will be announced on the 757 Rams
website and Facebook page as the start of the season gets closer.
